TERRY J. LETTEER

Terry has been an attorney in private practice in Dallas since 1981. Since 1987, Terry has been continuously certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Commercial Real Estate Law. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and documentation of real estate sales, acquisitions, financing and commercial leasing.

Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Terry moved with his family to Little Rock, Arkansas before settling in Dallas, Texas.

1973 graduate of Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas, with high honors

1976 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, with honors in the Humanities

1981 graduate of the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law

For over 30 years Terry was a shareholder in the Dallas firm of Letteer & Mock, PLLC and its predecessors. Previously he was employed as a Vice President of a national title insurance company, handling real estate closings and acting as in-house legal counsel.

On a personal note, Terry has long taken an interest in local Catholic educational institutions. He has served as President of the Jesuit College Prep Alumni Executive Board and on the School Board of St. Rita Catholic School in Dallas. He has also served as President of the Board of Directors of The Pines Catholic Camp in East Texas, which primarily serves youth of the Dallas and Fort Worth Dioceses.

Terry is married to Ann and they have five children and four granddaughters. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, baking bread, biking, college football, dove hunting and canine frisbee sports.

ANNE-MARIE M. REESE

Anne-Marie serves as the Office Manager and has been Terry’s Paralegal since 1999. She provides administrative support and manages all office functions.

Anne-Marie became interested in the legal field after taking a Legal Research and Writing course and subsequently attended Texas A&M University. She commenced her career as a Paralegal in 1996, working for a law firm in her hometown of Waxahachie.

At the Law Office of Terry Letteer, she most enjoys developing lasting connections with our clients. She also enjoys the accounting and organizational aspects of office management.

Anne-Marie currently serves as Director for her bible study class at the church where she and her family are members. In the past she has served on the church's First Impressions Team and in Preschool Ministry. She has volunteered with the Girl Scouts of North Texas, served as Co-Leader of Girl Scout Troop 3221, and was on the PTA Board at Rockbrook Elementary. She has also served in Children’s Ministry in her hometown church, teaching Sunday School and volunteering with Vacation Bible School.

Anne-Marie is married to Tim and they have two daughters. Together they enjoy spending time on the land where she grew up in Ellis County and attending fire department functions. Her hobbies include photography, true crime documentaries and podcasts, crafting, game nights, catching up with friends and taking the family dog to the dog park.
